  Because of one man sexual scandal with Ms. Chin Cabrido whole Nepalese men image has been ruined in an international arena. I'm prettry sure she will get justice since whole universal justice seekers comos power are with her. 
  
  Just be bold mentally Chin and you'll win with mind not with anger but with peace and justice and love from those people. Bad is always bad in whatever way they trying to be good. One day their real face will display and punish as per their KARMA (intentional deeds and thoughts).

  Prior to filing the case,i have informed BBC Nepal of this 3 months before it went to court. Rabindra Mishra has full knowledge of what happened even before it went to court. As i was not satisfied with their office reply and non-action towards the incident,i filed the case in court and sought legal remedy. It is not true that rabindra mishra came to know of this issue only thru social media. It was just his big excuse showing no concern to issues like this.
